Its a goup made as a user object. It can be convenient for combinations of components you often use.
You need to select the component you want to save, than under File->Create user object…

You can give it Nicknames and put the colour you like below other options.
It can be handy even for one component, I did it for the construct Domain, so I dont have to put everytime the expressions.dc
