Relativ coordinates and reference points

cheers everyone, im having a question with the relative coordination system in rhino, im using rhino 8 btw. lets say your in the top view and draw a rectangle with a lenght of 100mm and a hight of 50mm. now you want to draw a new rectangle, and the first corner of the new rectangle should start 5mm in x-direction from the upper left corner of the first one. is there a quick way of doing this without help lines? i googled and found the command for relative coordinates, but this dosent help, because what i want is that i start the command for a geometric shape and then click on a point which serves as my reference point for the first point of my new geometric shape. hope this makes sense
