[Regression?] Brep | Plane shows partial curve

I am using the latest R8 Release Candidate on Windows 11.
How do I know this is a regression? The original file is from here, and I believe it was working correctly around the time it was published.

Hi -
That works as expected when I open that Grasshopper file in a Rhino document from the default “small objects, mm” template.

Tested on 8.16, 8.17, 8.19, and 8.20 versions.
