Reflect stops working when using bridge

Hi,
In the attached file reflect stops working when using bridge. Just fooling around bridging things and I noticed this happened.

reflect the lower piece and try your bridge again. It works here-

Yes that illustrates what I am saying reflect stops working and I have to reapply it again.
On the first piece I was able to bridge and reflect worked. Notice in the file reflect is still working until you bridge then it’s removed I know I can reflect that lower piece but it must be a bug if reflect is getting removed when you bridge.
Shouldn’t reflect work in this case without having to be reapplied notice that its still enabled on that main object?
