Refine polysurface

Hi, I have a little model. The base ground was made using patch and is currently a mass of 6 open polysurfaces divided by one polysurface (road, brownish). I’m learning to do a sun study, I might be using methods that are not so effective, but the result isn’t supposed to be briliant - just a couple of viewports images at particular times of the year showing less / more insolated areas.

So, I’m testing the connection between my model and ‘sun’ and this appear to be the result: polysurface needs to be cleaned or refined or… (I don’t have a clue what to do to fix this). May I get any tip on how fix this?

By the way, I’ve discovered that rendering via alpha channel offers a pretty interesting result, althought the shadows of buildings won’t apear in sight, which is not good…

Hi Tautvydas -

Your model is about 6 million units away from the origin.
When you move everything to the origin, rendering will work a lot better.
