The difference in parameter domain is not the issue. I reparameterized the last curve to 0 to 5.99281 and the lofted surface stays the same. My understanding is Loft does not need the parameter domains to be the same. I assume Loft internally reparameterizes the curves to the same parameter domain.
There is something else going on with the last curve.
What is the “solution” and would help others with similar problems.

You just made claims about me without any reference to what I said.
If you are going to make claims about me, quote what I said and comment directly to what I said -
Explain your reasoning and explain your understanding of what I wrote - All of it, bit by bit.
So, go look at what you just posted and take another look at what I posted before that. Go statement by statement and tell me what your understanding is and what your interpretation of what I said is.
Then we will be on better ground to each other.
the purpose of this forum is to help each other and hopefully enjoy it. when i read through this topic i don’t see that happening here. i dont think that more answers are needed from you to prove anything different.
