I thought it was great that I can place all referenced linked files under a certain layer in the main model. However, when I close the file and reopen, all referenced files have escaped out of the layer I placed them under. Is this not feasible?
In order to reduce the main file size, I started trying linked objects/modes. Using reference layer makes sense since I don’t to make the main model layer messy. But if I can’t place those under a layer, it will be very hard to organize different linked objects and files.
