Look at this:
At first glance, it may appear that we found a snapping target in the Y direction and will snap to that point… however, you are mistaken because point will only move up that tiny bit to the extra point right above the original.
The reason is that the drag strength is set to 10%. Now, this may be technically correct behavior, but I’m struggling to see any scenario where this is the preferred outcome.
Anyone use this daily, or are Rhino users just used to having to set drag strength to 100% in order to get snapping fully functional? (And how often do you forget to do this and curse your mistakes later?)
