RecordAnimation not working as intended

Hello,

I am having trouble creating animations currently. LegacyRecordAnimation functions as expected, but RecordAnimation seems to create a progress bar that does not ever fill.

I have used and am familiar with the animation process for sun animations. As I understand and have tried, it is:

  1. SetOneDaySunAnimation
  2. Dialog options
  3. RecordAnimation
  4. Command line options

I have never had to significantly alter these settings and have confirmed nothing is writing to the folders expected. I must have missed whatever change happened with RecordAnimation. What am I missing? Something in my options? Please help!
