Using record history with blend curve, after creation of the blend curve , when you move the basic straight curves , it would update the blend curve to the red position, but, when you use the basic curve with updated location to blend , it would provide another result which is different .
Anyone notice this problem ?
Hello- yeah… my guess is, the same settings are used internally on update as when the blend was made - that is, the blend tries to figure out what a good default locations are for the points and this varies according to the inputs.

Then that means there is some residue information from previous blend that makes the record history blend curve not the blend curve you would expect it to be . Notice this image, the RED ones are from the original blend curve and history updated blend curve, the spacing between those points are exactly the same , while the new blend curve have a different spacing.
Hello- I think that is correct behavior - imagine if you moved the points to some non-default locations - I think it would be wroing to reset the points as if a new blend curve was being made, every time there is a history update.

Then what is the reason to have a blend curve history if it doesn’t update like its creating a new blend curve, when everyone expects it to redo the command , yet its not giving a result like you redo the command ?
