Recent Files containing VisualARQ content not listed

Hello All,

I am running Rhino 5 SR9 64-bit and have noticed that whenever I save a file with any objects created by VisualARQ, v1.8.2, save it as a Rhino 5 3DM file and Rhino is started the next time, that saved file appears neither as a start up thumbnail nor in the Recent Files list.
The saved file is definitely saved in the destination location with its backup and appears as a Recent File only while the current session is running. Then, once a new session is started the file has to be opened manually and contains everything as was saved.
Any file I create without VisualARQ objects appears as expected as both a start up thumbnail and as a Recent File.

I have tried an uninstall and re-install of both programs, but that made no difference.

This is more of an inconvenience than anything, but is this a known problem that anyone else has experienced and is there a solution?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reporting this bug. It’s already fixed in VisualARQ 1.8.3, which will be published soon (this week or the next one). I’ll let you know as soon as it is released.
