Rebuild command. Popup dialog missing

Version 7 SR20
(7.20.22193.9001, 2022-07-12)
When running the rebuild command on a surface the popup is not appearing.
The workaround is simple (typing -rebuild) to have access to the same parameters via the command prompt.

Hi Guido - please run the SystemInfo command in Rhino and post the results here.

-Pascal
