Read and convert to text the run time of a component

Dear community,

I have a strange question.
Exist a component wich detect the run time of a component (what is displayed in the profiler) and can convert this value to text?

Can you please generalize that somehow to get profiler times with component nicknames for all components? Or components with a specific nickname? Or just make it more useful somehow?
