Randomizing UV position

Hi, I have timber beams stacked on top of each other in a irregular way, and I want to add the wood texture on it. Now I see the beams have the same texture position, so it looks unnatural. It there a way I can randomize the UV possition so that it looks more natural? Any tips will be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:
