Random bugs I've found

I collected a short list of bugs - i at least think theyre bugs:

  • Moving through characters in layername not possible with arrow keys
  • Selecting more than one line segment of a polyline not possible - get controlpoints instead when clicking 2. segment.
  • deselsecting a polyline doesnt deselect selected control points or segments
  • Copying and then pasting text in same text box renders the pasted text invisible

A few starter questions;

  1. What version of Rhino 8 are you on? Is it the latest rc version?
  2. Can you dump a SystemInfo here?
  3. Can you create a short video of each one? It’d make it easier for the McNeel team to reproduce

@Jens_Jacob_Melhus_J1 pls run _SystemInfo and post back the results.
I could not reproduce the first three the bugs you listed.
As for

this is on the list as
RH-80013 Text disappears when copy-pasting in the Edit Text window

Ok here we go:

Moving through layer name with arrow keys not possible:
I realised its only fails on sublayers:
Make sublayer:

Edit layer name:
image
Press right arrow key to go to end of layer name:

Pressing left arrow key to backtrack in the layer name exit name editing:

Selecting more than one line segment of a polyline not possible:
I also couldnt reproduce this again.
