copy/pasting text and dimensions from R7 and R8 to R9(WIP) has some issues.

Sorry my bad, R9(WIP) has millimeter small template vs millimeter large for R7 and R8.
There are however some issues with dimensions arrowheads (changed from Tick to Arrow) and length linear resolution (changed from 1 to 2 decimal places) copy/pasting from R7 to both R8 and R9(WIP).
