[R8 Bug] Undoredo on NamedView doesn't work

Hi, I undoed a bunch of named views today, only to realize it overrides my existing ones if they have the same name. I tried undoing it,

Even though it prompted that Rhino tried undoing it, the name views are not undoed.

Creating named views is not undoable. We have this on the list as RH-11050 Undo doesn’t work for NamedView command
