I am experiencing a bug in the display of nested blocks in arctic display mode. Hidden lines appear behind transparent glass materials. Thoughts?

If I understand what you mean, that is not happening here.

Please post both the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command and a 3dm file that we can troubleshoot.

That’s right. See the difference in display between the blue and red arrows.

Tried the troubleshoot file…

Arctic gives me a black viewport only, Rendered as well.
Monochrome works but has no AA at all:
