MeshFromPoints is Rhino 5 plugin. It does not work in Rhino 6.8. Fortunately, Rhinopolyhedra has QuickHull command which works well. QuickHull does not make mesh objects. It makes curves, surfaces, and polysurfaces. Mesh command makes meshes from the polysurfaces.

The latest version of Rhinopolyhedra QuickHull replaced polysurfaces with mesh objects. It makes sense because most of the Rhinopolyhedra commands make mesh objects. Waterman polyhedrons and QuickHull meshes have Colorize option. The colors seem to be random and they are generally similar to white color. I suggest that the Colorize option picks up random colors from the 15 colors shown in the following screenshot. (I like these colors because they are distinct.)
