Tried different settings but this part will not work. Rest was smoothly converted.
Does not work in v7 and v8.
Can somebody test this for me and maybe tell me what I do not know about it.

MeshRepair did it.
Hi Hannes - there is a non-manifold edge in the part - right here:
That is probably getting in the way.
