Is it possible to quadremesh on( (reflect subd object) in the new update version of Rhino 7?
(Without the symmetrical property of the object remove?)

No, that won’t work. Reflect is just for a specific SubD and you’re creating a new one. To get a Quad mesh off a SubD I’d also use the Mesh command with the simple slider (all the way to the left at first) to extract a version of the quads already present at different densities. It’ll match the layout you have already perfectly.
