QuadRemesh edges and Grasshopper subd randomness

Is there an option to avoid the smoothed edges when using the QuadRemesh Command? I added a 3D scan of the irregular mesh that can be used, note that the thickness of this specimen varies slightly and is slopping due to a bad cut. Additionally it’s enough to do this for a trimmed part of the model to reduce the computation time (ca. 40mm at the center). Furthermore is it possible to use the points of this subd to add some randomness to the surface of this part (valley depth, amount of valleys, height of them etc.)
