Python-Grasshopper Radio Button

Hi All,

I found this component in Grasshopper and was wondering if this is possibly done in pythonGH??

The radio button I was hoping to do in Python will be a multiple selections of (Dx, Dy,Dz, Rz,Ry, Rz) by clicking the round circle.
