The new script editor in Rhino 8 provides CPython 3 out of the box. You can download the beta now and try it out.

Thank you for your suggestion. However, I was wondering if there might be other approaches or workarounds that could help me, as I currently do not have access to Rhino 8. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated

There are third party options as well. Last I checked, these two:

> **[GitHub - pilcru/ghpythonremote: A two-way connector to use regular Python from...](https://github.com/pilcru/ghpythonremote)**
>
> A two-way connector to use regular Python from IronPython in Rhino/Grasshopper, and vice-versa.

> **[GitHub - MahmoudAbdelRahman/GH\_CPython: CPython plugin for Rhino-Grasshopper](https://github.com/MahmoudAbdelRahman/GH_CPython)**
>
> CPython plugin for Rhino-Grasshopper

**Edit:** The latter appears to be dead and the former can now be downloaded here:

> **[GH Python Remote](https://www.food4rhino.com/en/app/gh-python-remote)**
>
> GH Python Remote is a special component that lets you use regular Python code directly in the GHPython component, like importing Numpy and Scipy.
