Pyramid Fillet Help

I want model acoustic foam, not sure what the right method of filleting would be here.
Simply applying a fillet to the model results in holes… should I patch them or other options? Files attached.

thanks!

I modeled something like this form in this video starting around 4:25 which might help.

Hi Philippe

The dark blue shows the one corner I made custom and all other light blue ones are copied in place. The fillets highlighted in red need to be extended a bit and then trimmed with an arc projected to the said surface.

I will write a workflow as to how I did it when I find the time.

Good luck

@Philippe1

@Costel 's approach is probably better, but you can also use patch.
Patch sometimes creates naked edges when joining and the surface becomes quite complex tho…

Patch command by first making a guided line(which helps shape the patch surface)
Other is I changed the stiffness to 3, since with stiffness of 1 the surface was
not too smooth and bit wavy.

And this one is made in NX. Took 3 seconds to do all fillets.
