Pushpull skewed geometry

pushpull geometry isnt perfectly semetrical like the geometry i projected to thr body. Why? and how can i fix it? i made the model in subd and then converted to nurbs. what gives

you can drag and drop a .3dm file to the post / edit window.
(up to 10 MB works well maybe even more…)

the curve you projected has a radius of 0.03 inch.
the document tolerance is 0.01 inch

one rule of thumb says, that document tolerance should be at least 1/10 of the smallest detail.
increase document tolerance to 0.001 and push pull does the job.
_documentProperties → units

in general document tolerance should be set at the beginning of a model - and should be kept. Changing the tolerance is not considered as good practice.

can i make it permanent? can i change it now? do i have to set it every time? this is just practice. nothing important

start with the correct template and set it default.
