Hello, I am making a boat mat in 3d and the pushpull command does not want to work on one of my panels. I have been using splitface then pushpull to cut through the surface then i have extruded the cut surface to make them 2 separate parts. It has worked well for all the other panels but not one of them. If anyone has any idea what I have done wrong please tell me!

You’re having problems creating the gaps in the selected part. Correct?
I think this arc line situation here creates a nonmanifold edge:
Also your tolerance is high at 0.83. Change it back to say 0.01, then move the straight curves highlighted by @martinsiegrist say 0.02 out from the curves. Make sure to also extend the side lines to connect up.
After that I’d extrude the large shape down 2.5 units. Then do a PushPull, select all areas and extrude out 2.5 instead of cutting in. That will result in 5 unit high mat with 2.5m deep grooves.
Also, set render mesh quality to smooth and slow, then drill into advanced controls and set maximum edge distance to surface to say 0.01. That will give much smoother meshing in the curved areas.
