Thanks but I think it’s not the same. You can`t move one end and have a fixed second end. Am I right?

Both, ! _Orient and ! _Orient3Pt with the “Scale=3D” option can do that. Here I used ! _Orient with “Copy=Yes” and “Scale=3D” options:

ScaleNU, Scale1D or Scale2D can be used for the same results though not as convenient.
