Hello Forum, I have some customer atrworks which will be sandblasted into stone bollards. I’m not getting the results I want when projecting these on the faceted surfaces, what would be the best workflow and tools to use ? tia

what would your ideal projection look like? bear in mind if you project a circle onto a faceted polysurface you will only see it as a circle when you look exactly along the projection direction. you can not do much about it since you would probably see the result not only from one point but from all around in which case you can not even compensate for it. or what is the concern?
thanks for chipping in, yes it’s a funny one as our client is expecting different results from the reality of projecting those artworks on to a multi faceted object. I think we will stick with just Projecting for now. I have since tried other methods, Pull, Flow Along Surface etc, and the original way seems to be the way to go, cheers
