Problems with normals in some door styles and element styles when importing it to unity in fbx format.

VisualARQ doors, when they have a right opening-side, use a mirroring matrix in the block insert to flip the door. This means meshes will also be flipped.

I guess this bug will also happen if you insert a normal Rhino block and then mirror it. Can you please try to reproduce the issue with a mirrored block?
