We have a problem with STL files that are downloaded by our website “Feetah”.

The attached STL file, that has been downloaded by our website “Feetah”, seems to be corrupted and can not be opened by any software. We have never had problems like this.
Can you suggest a solution?
Our customers are encountering several problems.

Is this problem only happening in your website or also on the ShapeDiver platform. If so, could you point me to a model where the issue happens? If this is only happening in your website, could you show a code snippet of how you trigger the exports in your integration?

now the issue dosen’t happen anymore.
We did nothing from our point of view, so I don’t know what really happened.
However, in the last monthes we enounered several issues in loading OBJ or downloading STL.
