As of today we have started having problems in uploading OBJ files on our public online configurator Homepage EN while we do not have any issue in our testing online configurator.
The two configurators point to two different projects, v0.79.1_R7 and v0.80_R7, respectively. This seems strange, however, as no changes have been made to either of them.
Could you test them and let me know how to fix the issue?

Please let us know whether the problem persists. There was a traffic spike this afternoon, which our shared Rhino 7 system did not react to quickly enough.
It turns out that the problem happened due to an unfortunate coincidence this afternoon. An administrative operation carried out this afternoon (3:00 p.m. GMT) caused some models on the Rhino 7 system to be left in a state that prevented computation requests from being picked up by our workers. This also affected some of your models. Sorry for the inconvenience.
