What do I do if I purchased a Rhino 7 student license upgrade and the last license I purchased was Rhino 5

I can’t see what the problem is.
The V7 upgrade should be valid if you have a valid V5 license. What is the problem you are having?
My first guess was different email addresses but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Since he purchased the upgrade through the Miami office, I suggested he call them before they close.
The problem appears to be I don’t have a Rhino 6 license
Hello- The way I interpret ‘6.0 or older’ includes a V5 license - did you try?
