I am having a problem with my text boxes and leaders in Rhino 6. When I select a text box or leader, the property box vibrates for a couple of seconds before I can edit it. This time delay is really frustrating. Any idea what the problem is?

Do you have a 4K display? This appears to be a known problem.

Interestingly, if I change the display resolution to a lower setting, and then change it back to 3840x2160 it seems to fix the problem. But is there no other permanent solution to this?
I imagine that once they figure out what the problem is, that the fix will be in a service release… When that might happen I do not know, but in general they will respond to this thread a the service release is available with the problem fixed.
Thanks for the tip! I’ve been having the same problem and it’s driving me crazy. This isn’t ideal but at least it’s a workaround. Changing the display settings + changing back seems to fix the problem (don’t know for how long) though then I get that other text glitch instead (Text panel display issue) but that’s not nearly as irritating / lag-inducing.
Yes I get that problem too.
I also have a problem that if my monitor goes onto a screensaver, when it comes back to life it flickers. Which is super annoying, so I have just switched off my screensaver. Do you have a similar sort of problem?
I’ve been keeping an eye on that and so far haven’t noticed a difference with my monitor going to a screensaver. Will let you know if that changes! Good luck!
