Problem with Rhino Installer - Doubling Up and won't install?

@brian Can’t seem to install rhino_en-us_8.28.26041.11001

Tried to update via Closing Rhino and also via download from Rhino3D. Both end up somehow opening multiple iterations of the installer, and then won’t install because of it. Or at least that’s how it looks in the Task Manager.

I had this the other day, a full reboot cleared it up.
