Problem with registration (e-mail adress was not accepted)

My colleague tried to register to be able to use the licence pool of BEamGroup (BIMdesign).

His e-mail was simple rejected with the following message:
(We don’t understad what is the problem with te given e-mail adress. (There was NO space added)
Could you help us pleas?
