I have a question regarding two voids. The first void has a correct difference, but the second void shows no difference. Could you please help me understand what is going on? Thank you for your assistance.

“voids”? They look like box-shaped breps to me. The problem seems to be with the four (?) breps in the middle. Volume component takes 1.1 minutes to return results. Their centroids are two million units from the origin 
And their volumes appear to be extremely small. They appear to be corrupt.
Using a Bounding Box (Union) instead works fine:
