Problem on round surfaces

Hi there,

I have an issue in my model where all round polysurfaces and surfaces are displaying as polygonal surfaces and are also rendering like this in Vray. I have tried scaling the model to see if it is an issue with that, but it does not change the problem.

I would appreciate if someone could decipher what is wrong with it; I have also attached a low res render to see which areas specifically are problematic.
