Printscreen key doesn't not work in Rhino or GH

Any suggestion, as recently my printscreen key on my keyboard doesn’t not capture the screen when I am in Rhino or GH. It does work when every other program is active

@crz_06 pls run _SystemInfo and post back the results.
On my mac I’m using Cmd+Shift+5 for printscreen, does that work on your end? I don’t have a keyboard here with a dedicated PrintScr key

I just figured out what was happening. It turns out that running Rhino in Administrator mode prevents the PrintScreen key and/or the Snipping Tool from working properly. When I launched Rhino in normal mode (not as Administrator), both PrintScreen and the Snipping Tool started working again.
