I’d like to change the Printer Margins to 0. However, the params are greyed out in the print dialog:
Is there another place in the UI to change them? Cannot find anything in the Options.

That’s “one of those things” - RH-12697…
You can change the margins in that UI when you are printing from model space.
You don’t need to actually produce a PDF file, just switch to a model space viewport, run Print, change the margins, hit the Close button and then print from your layout.
