Print to PDF vector hidden line of a solid doesn't scale

Hi there,

When I print to PDF in vector output the hidden lines, 2.00, 2.00 mm, of solid don’t scale and are shown as continuous lines. Lines are printed well.

When I scale the hidden line to 200, 200 mm the lines of the solid are printed to vector but the normal line is shown as a continuous line.

When I print to raster the problem doesn’t occur but for technical drawings I like to depend on vector output.

I already discussed this with your tech suppport and they advised me to put it on the forum.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Printed Vector 200mm.pdf (10.3 KB)

Printed Vector 2mm.pdf (8.7 KB)

Printed Raster.pdf (202.8 KB)

Print to Vector hidden line.3dm (105.7 KB)

We have this issue on the list as RH-83196 Print linetype scale is off in vector
I’ve added your thread.

The same issue was also present for details in one of the technical display modes. That issue was recently fixed in the WIP for Rhino 9. If you don’t mind hidden lines of objects with solid edges to be shown as hidden lines, you could give that a try.
