Yes. I’m sorry, but this is a bug in the .chm style help that has been there forever and has never been fixed. If there are scripts on the pages (which there are on every help page), multiple topics cannot be printed. This will never be fixed, I’m afraid as future support for the .chm format is probably not going to happen.

Do you just want a single list with the command names and a brief definition? If so in the Help Table of Contents, you can click Commands > All Commands. Then you can print that single topic.
