Previously working, but now returns "session initialisation failed"

We have had a definition that has worked for months but now returns the error “session initialisation failed” error. Please advise.
I have tried to reupload the original file, but that errors with the following code (Ref: 3a7623b4-ab83-4232-9cec-26caa7ce5ba7). I have this error on a separate ticket, t may be related.

Can you post the link to the shapediver model that causes the session initialization error? You can send it via pm if needed.
