Hi Forum, I wonder how many others are frustrated by the text that popup as you hover over a tool? is there a way to turn it off? I can understand with a person learning. Very annoying when looking at tool Icons. Also close to same topic. How about when you pick a command and a options window pops up and usually over where the cursor is . That is usually in an area being worked on in a model. Which means moving the model away from this popup in order to work. I should mention I use a 3D connexion mouse . Thanks for listening,Mark
Never found it annoying but helpful not even minor like say gumball and point selection can be
Tho i find I’m using 45/55% commands and icons right now then a series of mouse buttons with most used ones
I think I’m slowly drifting towards commands the more time i spend making a project then after a long pause i go back to icon majority
So I’m not icon exclusive.
I don’t think there is, but you can practically disable it by setting the delay very high
In advanced settings search for:
Rhino.Options.TabPanels.ToolTipDelayInMiliSeconds
