Polygon Center as Rectangle Plane

HI All, I was following a tutorial from linkedin, i was trying to put a rectangle with a center as the same as base rectangle but for some reason even using a Polygon Center the origin is still in the lower left. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

X and Y must be Domain with -X/2 To X/2 and -Y/2 To Y/2 if you want it to be centered.
