This periodic surface reports different point counts for the U direction. Am I reading this wrong ?

For periodic Curves/Surfaces, the math calculations reuse the Control Points at the seam, plus the second to last set of Control Points for lead out at the start, and the second set of CPs for the lead in at the end.
