Hello everyone,
I have a cloud of points from a scanner (so in x;y;z form) and there’s quite a bit of noise in the data. Do you know if there is a way to filter the data on Rhino to eliminate stray points?
Thank you in advance,
The goal is to do it automatically. There are millions of points to process and therefore it is impossible to do it manually
I don’t know what it is and how to use it… Can you explain me ?
Hi -
I’d have a look at an external application such as CloudCompare, or, perhaps a Rhino/Grasshopper plug-in such as Cockroach.

It might not do everything, but I’ve used MeshLab, and found it to be a useful utility for photogrammetry. It’s free as in Free-Kittens!

[Drat! now I am looking at Meshroom and VisualSFM again. : )
Hmmm. GitHub - awesome-photogrammetry/awesome-photogrammetry: 😎 Awesome photogrammetry projects . Need something that supports calibration stickers… ]
