Plugins not showing up in grasshopper

Hi, I’m having this issue on my tablet (surface pro 8) I can’t figure out . Weirdly there are certain grasshopper plugins that either dont show up at all (whilst i checkd that all the files are unlocked) and looking through comments on food4rhino some people seemed to managed to install it just fine (Elk2). Others plugins like pufferfish just showing a couple of things instead of the whole plethora of thing you can actually do .

Did anyone have this issue, and if so, how can i fix it ?
