If “Ask to Load Disabled Plugins” is checked and a new instance of Rhino is started, the dialog asking if the disabled plugin should be loaded appears behind whatever the current window is, which makes it difficult to find and clear.

I have the Orca3D plugin installed and disabled, if that makes any difference.
