Plugin Cocoon is not working

Hello,
I dont know if i should write it here, but as i see some questions about plugins i dare to try)
I have installed Cocoon plugin (http://www.bespokegeometry.com/2015/07/22/cocoon/) and it simply not working. It gives empty output whatever i do. What is wrong? I hope the creator visit this forum from time to time, because i cant find contacts on his website
